EPA science advisors push back

The EPA’s Science Advisory Board meeting on May 30 should be interesting. The board is scheduled to review Scott Pruitt’s repeal of the Clean Power Plan. The board added, in a memo released last Friday, that it also wants to review the agency’s efforts to roll back auto emissions standards and a rule limiting truck pollution.

It looks like the Trump administration’s brazen efforts to sideline science at the EPA is lighting a fire in the scientific community.
