Hellishly hot, round two?

Peter Brannon, author of The Ends of the World, has taken another look at the fossil record for an article in The Atlantic. What he shows us is how very different the world could look thanks to climate change: the poles turned into tropical steam baths and the tropics turned into scalding dead zones.
